Associate professor at the University of Bari, he teaches "Computer Networks" and "Distributed
Systems" within Curricula of Informatics, Department
of Computer Science of the University of Bari .
I am
author of several publications and my research interests
include:
- formal methods for evaluating user-adapted
interfaces,
- agent
theories and languages,
- distributed systems,
- computer architecture simulation,
- formal methods for evaluating distributed systems.
Within
the just exposed research interests, he has been involved in

CURRICULUM
- From 2001 he is associated professor at the University of Bari, where he received
the degree in "Scienze dell'Informazione" in 1975.
- In 1977, he received a IBM research scholarship on Information Systems and Models,
at the Institute of Computer Science, University of Bari.
- From 1977
to 1980, he has been involved, as teaching-assistant, in the teaching support
activities of the Curriculum in Computer Science.
- From 1980
to 1983 as a free-lance consultant, he has cooperated at two Feasibility
Projects: the Health Information System of the Bari Municipality and
the Information System about Infectious diseases of the National Health
Institute.
- From 1984
to 2000 as assistant professor, he has taught "Computer
Architecture", " Laboratory of Programming Languages", "Health
Information Systems", "Distributed Systems" in the Curriculum of
Informatics at the University of Bari.
- From
2000 as associate professor, he is teaching "Computer
Architecture", "Computer
Networks" and "Distributed
Systems" within the different Curricula of Informatics
in the Faculty of
Mathematical Sciences at the University of Bari.
- From 2006 to
2012, he has been
appointed President of the "Informatic Service Center" of the
Bari University.
