Requirements:
- JVM 1.7 or above


HOCCLUS2 can be run with the following syntax:
	java -jar hocclus2.jar -alpha <alphaValue> -beta <betaValue> <inputFile>

Example: 
	java -jar hocclus2.jar -alpha 0.1 -beta 0.3 mirTarBase.txt

The output file is saved in the same path with the extension .coclus (XML format).

Please note that the "resources" folder is strictly required in order to run HOCCLUS2 and should not deleted, renamed or moved.
