      Metodi e tecniche per la definizione e la valutazione di ambienti intelligenti in grado di gestire i processi di apprendimento umano (Knowledge-Based Systems, Adaptive hypermedia systems e Cooperative learning, Learner modelling, Metodi e tecniche per la progettazione e la valutazione di sistemi di e-learning). Studio e definizione di modelli e linguaggi di specifiche di risorse condivisibili (Descrizione di risorse, Modelli architetturali per Learning Object Repository). Sistemi multi-agente ed architetture orientate ai servizi. Sistemi di raccomandazione con particolare riferimento all’e-learning. ICT nelle Organizzazioni, nella Società e per la valorizzazione dei beni culturali.
